For participation as a visitor, members will need to fill the below Visitor google registration form in advance before 30th April or earlier than the date to block the seat. Visitors are allowed to visit the exhibitor area and seat through the conference session.

Event Dates: 28th & 29th May, 2026
Venue: Victor Menezes Convention Centre , IIT Bombay
Category: Visitors (Students / Faculty / Industry)

Terms & Conditions (Visitor Registration)

1. Visitor Registration Scope – Visitor registration permits entry into the exhibition stalls area and access to conference sessions. It does not include complimentary food and beverages.

2. Food & Beverages – Visitors are not entitled to tea, coffee, snacks, or lunch coupons. However, they may purchase food items directly from the cafeteria adjacent to the auditorium.

3. Visitor Fee – Students (General) – Student visitor registration is ₹ 3,450/- (inclusive of all taxes) for both days of the event. Incase of Poster Presenters or non poster presenter the fee is same.


4. Visitor Fee – Faculty (General) – Faculty attending as visitors (non-delegates) must register with a fee of ₹ 4,720/- (inclusive of all taxes) for both days of the event. Incase of Poster Presenters or non poster presenter the fee is same.


5. Visitor Fee – Industry Participation – Industry participants registering as visitors must pay ₹7670 (inclusive of all taxes) for both days.


6. Payment & Confirmation – Registration is confirmed only upon full payment. Partial or pending payments will not be considered valid.

7. Payment will need to be transferred to 3D GRAPHY LLP - SBI Account 41167117695 through NEFT or using a QR code details shared below.

8. Once the payment is transferred you need to fill the below google visitor form to upload the payment receipt in the last column to submit.

9. Registration Inclusions – Visitor registration includes:
o Access to the exhibition stalls.
o Attendance at the conference sessions.
o Online Participation certificate.

10. Registration Exclusions – Visitor registration does not include: Delegate kit, food coupons, or networking lunches.

11. Student Verification – Students must present a valid institutional ID card during registration at the event to avail
student visitor.

12. Faculty Verification – Faculty members must present the current year ID card as a proof and verification.

13. Badge & Entry – All registered visitors will receive a visitor badge. This badge must be worn at all times inside the venue. Loss of badge may result in denied entry.

14. Access Restrictions – Visitor badges grant access only to the areas designated for visitors. Entry into restricted zones, VIP lounges, or exhibitor service areas is prohibited.

15. Poster/Presentation Terms – Poster presenters and faculty presenters must strictly adhere to the allocated time slots and guidelines provided by the organizers.

16. Refund & Cancellation Policy – Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including inability to attend.

17. Code of Conduct – Visitors are expected to maintain professional decorum. Any misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or violation of event guidelines may lead to cancellation of registration without refund.

18. Liability Disclaimer – The organizers are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances beyond their control during the event.

19. Organizer’s Rights – The organizers reserve the right to:
• Modify the program schedule if required.
• Deny entry to any visitor who fails to comply with event rules.


How to register as a Visitor? 

Please follow the below steps for visitor registration :


Step 1 :

Choose the correct category for visitor registration & charges mentioned in the below visitor registration table.

Students/ Faculty should have current years valid ID proof from the organisation / institute. Student Category - Undergraduate or Graduate in the age group of 15 to 30 years. ( To benefit from the rates offered for the category)

Industry can also register in the similar way after choosing their respective categories.


Step 2.

Make payment for visitor registration

Go to Account details shared below about 3D GRAPHY LLP - you can make the payment by NEFT or use the QR code scan.

Keep your payment receipt and ID proof ready to be uploaded in the last column of the visitor google registration form.

Step 3.

Go to Visitor Google Registration form link form found below by - Clicking it

Fill up all details
Including 3dgraphy Ref Code "---------- "
Upload payment reciept copy
Upload valid ID proof.
Submit and form and wait for successfully completion & acknowledgement.

Send a copy of the acknowledgement payment Slip to 3dgraphy email address for reference - tejal@3dgraphy.in or george@3dgraphy.in

Now the process is Completed.
You will get the payment Invoice within one week .

Once you have made the payment you are requested to click the below link of the google visitor registration form to fill your information correctly. The receipt of the payment made will also need to be uploaded in the last column of the google visitors registration form.
