What is 3D GEM 2026 ?

  • 3D GEM stands for 3D Graphy Engineering & Medical, a pan-India international event focusing on 3D technologies (3D printing, scanning, 3D visualisation/AR-VR-MR/digital twin, simulation, materials, design for additive manufacturing, etc.). It brings together engineering, industrial manufacturing, architecture/construction, healthcare (medical, dental, orthopaedic, prosthetics), research and academia. 
  • The 7th edition will be held at IIT Guwahati on 26th & 27th November 2026. 
  • The event combines Conference → Post Presentations → Exhibition → National grand challenge → Design challenge → Awards — offering a broad platform for knowledge-sharing, showcasing innovation, business networking, and collaboration between academia & industry.

Terms and Conditions :

Category: Delegate registration (Students / Faculty / Industry/  Technology Cos / International Delegate)

  1. Delegate Registration Scope – Delegate registration permits entry into the exhibition stalls area and access to conference sessions. It includes complimentary food and beverages severed as the VIP Lounge Section. 
  2. Food & Beverages – Delegate registration participation are entitled to tea, coffee, snacks and lunch with coupons provided to join the VIP Lounge section for networking exclusive to delegates. 
  3. Students – Student delegate registration is ₹ 4,500/- (inclusive of all taxes). In case of Poster Presenters or non-poster presenter the fee is same. ( Under-Graduates, Graduates and post graduates post-doctoral fellow not beyond 28 years)
  4. Academia & PSU – Faculty attending as delegate must register with a fee of ₹ 5,500/- (inclusive of all taxes). In case of Poster Presenters or non-poster presenter the fee is same.
  5. Industry & end user Participation – Industry & end user participants registering as delegate must pay ₹ 7500 (inclusive of all taxes).
  6. Technology Cos – Participants registering as delegate must pay ₹ 12,000/- (inclusive of all taxes).
  7. International Delegate fee is USD 400 ( No GST to be paid for international delegates )
  8. Delegate participants can participate in National Grand Challenge, Design Challenge and Poster Presentation for all the 3 activities.
  9. Payment & Confirmation – Registration is confirmed only upon full payment. Partial or pending payments will not be considered valid.
  10. Payment will need to be transferred to 3D GRAPHY LLP – SBI Account 41167117695 through NEFT or using a QR code details shared below.
  11. Once the payment is transferred you need to fill the below google delegate registration form to upload the payment receipt in the last column to submit.
  12. Registration inclusions – Delegate registration includes: Access to the exhibition stalls, Conference, food coupons and networking lunches in the VIP Lounge section and online certificates.
  13. Student Verification – Students must present a valid institutional ID card during registration at the event to avail student delegate.
  14. Faculty Verification – Faculty members must present the current year ID card as a proof and verification.
  15. Full Access to  VIP Lounge as delegate.
  16. Badge & Entry – All registered delegates will receive a green color delegate badge. This badge must be worn at all times inside the venue. Loss of badge may result in denied entry.
  17. Poster/Presentation Terms – Poster presenters and faculty presenters must strictly adhere to the allocated time slots and guidelines provided by the organizers.
  18. Refund & Cancellation Policy – Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including inability to attend.
  19. Code of Conduct – Delegate are expected to maintain professional decorum. Any misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or violation of event guidelines may lead to cancellation of registration without refund.
  20. Liability Disclaimer – The organizers are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances beyond their control during the event.
  21. Organizer’s Rights – The organizers reserve the right to:
  • Modify the program schedule or date if required.
  • Deny entry to any delegate who fails to comply with event rules.

HOW TO REGISTER AS A DELEGATE ?

Please follow the below steps for delegate registration : 

Step 1 : 

Choose the correct category for delegate registration & charges mentioned in the below delegate registration table. 

Students/ Faculty should have current years valid ID proof from the organisation / institute. Student Category – Undergraduate or Graduate in the age group of 18 to 28 years. ( To benefit from the rates offered for the category)

Step 2.

Make payment for Delegate registration 

Go to Account details shared below about 3D GRAPHY LLP – you can make the payment by NEFT or use the QR code scan.

Keep your payment receipt ready to be uploaded in the last column of the Delegate google registration form.

Step 3.

Go to Delegate Google Registration form link form found below by – Clicking it 

Fill up all details 

Including 3dgraphy Members name whom you got the reference or Industry Association / Institution name if any “———- “

Upload payment receipt copy

Upload valid ID proof.

Submit the form and wait for successfully completion &  acknowledgement.

Now the process is Completed.

You will get the payment Invoice within one week.

Once you have made the payment you are requested to click the below link of the google delegate registration form to fill your information correctly. The receipt of the payment made will also need to be uploaded in the last column of the google delegate registration form.

Important Point List

  • The above table the fee is inclusive of 18% GST.
  • Students and faculty will need to upload the scanned ID card of the current year as a proof in the delegate registration google form to get the rate benefit offered to them.
  • Students and faculty participants are requested to bring ID cards on the event date for physical verification.
  • Other than students or faculty which fall under Students and Academia category respectively , all the other representative will fall under Industry & End Users category, Technology companies and International Delegate.
  • International Delegate category is for participants who have not got an Indian registered ID card and is a foreign resident.
  • No GST amount to be paid for the international delegate.
  • The delegate registration will include tea/coffee snacks with lunch.
  • Once the payment is transferred to 3D GRAPHY LLP, the participants will need to upload the receipt copy of the payment made in the last column of the google visitor registration form and then submit.
