Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT) at IIT Delhi
Since its establishment in 1992, FITT at IIT Delhi has been a pioneer in knowledge transfer activities from academia to industry. As a techno-commercial organization, FITT is recognized for its successful endeavors in enabling innovations, technopreneurship, business partnerships, technology development, consultancy, collaborative R& D, technology commercialization, development programs, corporate memberships, and more.

FITT’s primary objective is to showcase the intellectual wealth of the institute to industry, thereby bridging the gap between academia and industry and fostering industrial relevance in teaching and research at IIT Delhi.

Collaborative Efforts: 3D GEM 2024
3D Graphy LLP and IIT Delhi, supported by the 3D Printing Education & Research Association, a not-for-profit industry association, are jointly organizing the 3D Graphy Engineering & Medical (3D GEM) 2024 event on 9th & 10th November  in IIT Delhi, New Delhi, India.

The event has garnered support from key partners, including the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, the Government of India, and the National Centre for Additive Manufacturing. FITT plays a crucial role as the Industry Association Partner for the 3D GEM 2024 event, ensuring that FITT startups will join and participate in the event to benefit from the latest 3D technology solutions to be used for product development, 3D prototypes and end user parts.
