TERMS & CONDITIONS :
1. In a Standard option for booking the stall the company will get Facia Name, 2 spotlights, 2 chairs, carpet, 1 table, 1 Plug point and 1 Dust bin.
2. One delegate is complimentary with one standard stall of (2 * 2 Sq mtr), 2 delegates complimentary (3 * 2 Sq mtr)
3. Premium Stall with stall size of (3 * 3 Sq mtr) will have 3 delegates complimentary.
4. Any additional items if required will need to be paid for an extra price.
5. Items if required will need to be told in advance while booking the stall to ensure it is adequately available.
6. Stall option once decided and booked will not be relocated.
7. Stall booking will need to be done by making a 100% advance payment.
8. Stall set up will be done in the evening a day prior to the 9th October event date 2025. So, the team members from the registered stall will need to join on 8th October evening to complete the vinyl and interior work of their respective stall between 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The stall interior will need to be ready by 8.30 am on 9th October 2025.
9. To register and confirm the booking of your stall, the payment will need to be made in favor of 3D Graphy LLP.
10. Once the payment is transferred to the 3D Graphy LLP Account no. 41167117695.
11. You are then requested to please upload the receipt immediately in the last column of the google registration form to track the transaction for our reference. (Please ensure the google registration form is completed and submitted to get a confirmation from us on your email ID shared by you in the form).
12. Once confirmed the booking credit will be offered exclusive to your company. And since the organiser maintains the integrity and the commitment, as per policy will also appreciate for the booking done and committed may not be entertained for any last movement changes in the stall position or cancellation.
13. In case of any valid reason justified and with mutual consensus if the exhibitor wishes to cancel the booking, due to force majeure or otherwise the organiser will have all the reason to claim cancellation charges for the loss and damage incurred.
14. Cancellation made 2 months prior to the event will incur 50% cancellation charges and one month before will have 75% and thereafter 100% nonrefundable.
15. All the statements and communication will need to be made through the official email ID for an internal audit.
