Poster Presentations

The poster presentation is a formal, research-based presentation of your work. It will provide a visual representation of your research through text, charts, graphs, and other visual aids. The poster presentation will allow viewers to read your research material to interact with you in case of any questions about your methods or your findings. The current findings is to appraise and to acknowledge the efforts made by the aspirant both students and non-students in 3D technologies which will include 3D Printing, 3D Scanning, 3D Software, 3D Simulation, 3D Visualisation – AR, VR, MR, Digital Twin Solutions and also 3D Printable material which will include filaments, resins, bio-inks, metal, non-metal for various engineering, industrial, dental and medical applications. It is a good exercise to update the industry about the research work in 3d technologies with practical application benefiting different sectors from Aerospace, Defence, Drones, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Shipbuilding, Marine, Engineering, Tooling, Energy, Architecture, Construction, Heavy Industries, Entertainment, Jewellery, Art, Dental, Maxillofacial, Neurology, Medical Devices, Orthopaedics, Orthotics, Prosthetics, Tissue Engineering, Medicines, Pharma, Ayurveda and others.

3D Graphy Engineering & Medical ( 3DGEM 2024) invites poster presentations from students of Engineering college, Military College, Marine College, Architecture College, Design institute, research institutes, medical college, dental college, hospitals, Rehabilitation centre institute in Orthotics and Prosthetics, Pharma from Pharmaceutical Sciences , Ayurveda students and others. Similarly the poster presentation is also expected to be made by academia and industry who may be working with manufacturing companies, 3d technology companies, research institutes, consultancy, start-ups, 3d enthusiast and others.

PROCESS : POSTER PRESENTATION PARTICIPATION FOR STUDENTS, ACADEMICIAN / INDUSTRY - 3 CATEGORY OF PARTICIPANTS.

1. Call for Poster Presentation starting from 1st August to 25th October 2024.

2. All the abstracts / draft of the poster to be submitted on & before 25th October 2024.

3. Poster Presentation winners will be selected on the event day in the respective category of Engineering & Industrial manufacturing - 9th November or the category of Medical & Dental held on 10th November.

4. Please tick the option properly in the below google registration form while applying and uploading your Abstract copy.

5. With the application you are also requested to upload the receipt of your payment made for the delegate registration date which you choose to make your poster presentation.

6. Submissions of abstracts can be under students, academician & Industry category, depending on the presenting author.

7. Jury Members will evaluate the participants on the event date to decide the best Poster Presentation for the respective days 3D GEM 2024 - Engineering & Industrial Manufacturing - Day 1 i.e. 9th November & 3D GEM 2024 - Medical - Day 2 i.e.10th November.

8. Selection of the Winners of 3D GEM 2024 - Poster Presentation Awards will be done on the respective days.

9. Evaluation by the Jury Members for the Poster Presentation Awards will be done on basis of 3 parameters -

a) Best Presentation

b) Best Content

c) Practical Application.
