PROCESS : POSTER PRESENTATION PARTICIPATION FOR STUDENTS, FACULTY (ACADEMICIAN) & INDUSTRY.

1. Call for abstract starting from 1st November  to 31st March 2026.

2. All the abstracts / draft of the poster to be submitted before 31st March 2026. 

3. Poster Presentation winners will be selected on the event day in the respective category of Engineering & Industrial manufacturing or the category of Medical & Dental.


4. Please tick the option properly in the below google registration form while applying and uploading your Abstract copy.

5. With the application you are also requested to upload the receipt of your payment made for the delegate registration.

6. Submissions of abstracts can be under students, faculty, (academician) or Industry category, depending on the presenting author.

7. Jury Members will evaluate the participants on the event date to decide the best Poster Presentation for 3D GEM 2026 - Engineering & Industrial Manufacturing  & 3D GEM 2026- Medical.

8. Selection of the Winners of 3D GEM 2026 - Poster Presentation Awards will be done on the event day.

9. Evaluation by the Jury Members for the Poster Presentation Awards will be done on basis of 3 parameters -

a) Best Presentation

b) Best Content

c) Best Practical Application.



TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1. The poster presentation abstract (One A4 page, about 150 words, pdf format, as per style sheet on submission link) to be uploaded by filling your respective google form which will be found at www.3dgem.in For details visit the – POSTER PRESENTATION - menu bar to click the tab – Abstract to be submitted for the needful.

2. Title of the Abstract (Times New Roman, Font size 12 Bold, Regular, Centre Text, Line Spacing 1.5 lines)

3. Authors Name (Times New Roman, Font Size 12, Regular, Presenter Name should be underlined, Centre Text, Line Spacing 1.5 lines)

4. 2-3 References should be given at the end of the abstract.

5. Style of the References; Font Size 11, Times New Roman, Justify Text.

6. The abstract can be on the expertise and research work done in the area of 3D printing, 3D Scanning, 3D Visualization, Material science, Digital twin and Artificial Intelligence supporting engineering Industrial manufacturing, Dental, Medical and tissue Engineering on Soft and Hard tissues and others.

7. To participate in the Poster Presentation Awards you need to register as a delegate or as a visitor by booking your registration by making the payment after filling the delegate or visitor registration form to be found in the delegate registration / visitor registration page of the same event website.

8. For the Poster Presentation Standee offered to students and faculty the rent is absorbed in the delegate registration and visitor registration fee with no additional cost to be paid.

9. Students, Faculty & Industry participating for poster presentation awards will need to register for both the days either as delegate or as a visitor. For delegate registration please visit the delegate registration page. And for visitors, you are requested to visit the Visitor registration page. 3D GEM POSTER PRESENTATION AWARDS will be given on day 2 i.e. 29th May in the 3D GEM AWARDS held in the evening.

10. The 3D GEM 2026 POSTER PRESENTATION ABSTRACT HANDBOOK is the highlight of the event. All the selected abstracts will be uploaded in the handbook to be unveiled on 29th of May before the 3D GEM AWARDS in the presence of all the dignitaries and 3D GEM AMBASSADORS.

11. 10% group discount is offered to institutes and college joining with 3 or more people as delegates or visitors from the same Institute or College.

12. Once the payment is transferred to the 3D Graphy LLP account you are requested to please upload the receipt in the last column of the below Poster Presentation - google registration form and also the same payment receipt need to be uploaded in the delegate or visitor registration form which you also need to fill separately to choose for you to block your seat in the seminar hall. (Please ensure the google registration form is completed and submitted to get a confirmation from us on your email ID shared by you in the form)

13. Student participants will include from different interest and specialisation like Engineering, Materials Science, Design, Architecture, Orthotics, Prosthetics, Dental, Medical, Pharma and others [they will need to bring their ID to conference]

14. The presenting author must select category of student, Academia or Industry when submitting the abstract for consideration.

15. The presenting author must select theme of “Engineering & Industrial Manufacturing” or “Dental & Medical”.

16. Selected posters will have to be displayed in A0 size vertical/portrait orientation (approximately 841 mm x 1189 mm, 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm or 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches).

17. Travel and accommodation are to be managed by the student, academician or non-student. It is not included in the registration fee.

18. Delegate registration fee for students and academician category is all detailed in the delegate registration page of this event website. You are therefore requested to visit the Delegate registration page and fill the google registration form and make the payment through QR Code scan or by NEFT to 3D GRAPHY LLP account no. 41167117695

19. 3D GEM 2026 Poster Presentation Awards will be awarded to the winners selected by the Jury under two categories “Engineering & Industrial Manufacturing” and “Dental & Medical”.
