With over 28 years of cross-functional leadership across capital equipment, clean energy, and advanced manufacturing, Rajesh Mrithyunjayan specializes in building resilient business ecosystems and commercializing breakthrough industrial technologies. His career spans end-to-end product development, manufacturing operations, strategic sales, and full-cycle business development.

Rajesh began his leadership trajectory in the energy and thermal engineering sectors, driving core initiatives at industry pioneers including Thermax Ltd and Ankur Scientific Energy Technologies within the biomass gasification, boiler, and power plant domains. Leveraging this foundational engineering depth, he transitioned into digital manufacturing, dedicating more than 15 years to the Additive Manufacturing (AM) industry—including nearly a decade at Monotech Systems Ltd, where he was instrumental in establishing and scaling AM business units across regional and national markets.

Currently, Rajesh serves as Chief Sustainability & Strategy Officer at Metasis Technology Solutions, guiding organizational vision, corporate strategy, and sustainable industrial growth. Concurrently, he is the Founder-Partner at NaviyaanTech LLP, a deep-tech and climate-focused venture pioneering the infusion of nanotechnology into engineering polymers to enhance performance across conventional and additive manufacturing platforms.
