Terms & Conditions (Visitor Registration)

1. Online Pre-events Free – You can also visit all the 11 Online Pre-events free as a delegate starting from 28th January to 24th April 2026. Total 33 hrs of lectures and sessions with 3D technology experts with 60 plus speakers sharing knowledge on different subjects and topics prepared in advance for the main physical event. 2. Visitor Registration Scope – Visitor registration permits entry into the exhibition stalls area and access to conference sessions. It does not include complimentary food and beverages.
3. Food & Beverages – Visitors are not entitled to tea, coffee, snacks, or lunch coupons. However, they may purchase food items directly from the cafeteria adjacent to the auditorium.
4. Student visitor registration is INR 2000 + 18% GST .i.e. INR 2360 for any one day of the event. And both the days will be INR 3000 + 18% GST .i.e. INR 3340/-
5. Academia, PSU visitor registration is INR 2,500 + 18% GST .i.e. INR 2950/- for any one day of the event. And both the days will be INR 4000 + 18% GST .i.e. INR 4720/-
6. Industry & End user visitor registration– Industry participants registering as visitors must pay ₹3500 + 18% GST .i.e. INR 4130/ for any one day of the event. And both the days will be INR 5,500 + 18% GST = INR 6,490/-  
7. Early bird discount of 10% is offered to all booking made on and before 15^th February 2026.
8. Payment & Confirmation – Registration is confirmed only upon full payment. Partial or pending payments will not be considered valid.
9. Registration Inclusions – Visitor registration includes:
   • Access to the exhibition stalls.
   • Attendance at the conference sessions.
   • Online Participation certificate
10. Registration Exclusions – Visitor registration does not include:

• Delegate kit, VIP Lounge access, food coupons, or networking lunches.
• Access to closed-door delegate sessions or workshops.
• Student Verification – Students must present a valid institutional ID card during registration at the event to avail student visitor rates.

11. Faculty Verification – Faculty members must present proof of employment from their respective institutions for verification.
12. Badge & Entry – All registered visitors will receive a visitor badge. This badge must be worn at all times inside the venue. Loss of badge may result in denied entry.
13. Access Restrictions – Visitor badges grant access only to the areas designated for visitors. Entry into VIP lounges is not allowed.
14. Poster/Presentation Terms – Poster presenters and faculty presenters must strictly adhere to the allocated time slots and guidelines provided by the organizers.
15. Refund & Cancellation Policy – Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including inability to attend.
16. Code of Conduct – Visitors are expected to maintain professional decorum. Any misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, or violation of event guidelines may lead to cancellation of registration without refund.
17. Liability Disclaimer – The organizers are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances beyond their control during the event.
18. Organizer’s Rights – The organizers reserve the right to:

Deny entry to any visitor who fails to comply with event rules.

Modify the program schedule if required.

HOW TO REGISTER AS A VISITOR ?

• Please follow the below steps for Visitor registration : 

Step 1 : 

• Choose the correct category for Visitor registration & charges mentioned in the below visitor registration table. 
• Students/ Faculty should have current years valid ID proof from the organisation / institute. Student Category – Undergraduate or Graduate in the age group of 15 to 30 years. ( To benefit from the rates offered for the category)

Step 2.

• Make payment for Visitor registration 
• Go to Account details shared below about 3D GRAPHY LLP – you can make the payment by NEFT or use the QR code scan.
• Keep your payment receipt and ID proof ready to be uploaded in the last column of the Visitor google registration form.

Step 3.

• Go to Visitor Google Registration form link form found below by – Clicking it 
• Fill up all details 
• Including 3dgraphy Ref Code “———- “
• Upload payment receipt copy
• Upload valid ID proof.
• Submit and form and wait for successfully completion &  acknowledgement.
• Send a copy of the acknowledgement payment Slip to 3dgraphy email address for reference –  tejal@3dgraphy.in or george@3dgraphy.in
• Now the process is Completed.
• You will get the payment Invoice within one week.

Once you have made the payment you are requested to click the below link of the google visitor registration form to fill your information correctly. The receipt of the payment made will also need to be uploaded in the last column of the google visitor registration form.
