Visitor Registration

  1. Visitor Registration Scope – Visitor registration permits entry into the exhibition stalls area and access to conference sessions. It does not include complimentary food and beverages.
  2. With the Visitor registration apart from the Conference the Workshop is free to attend.
  3. Only requirement is to visit the WORKSHOP page and register the session you are interested. Since each workshop the seats are limited. So booking need to be done on first cum first basis only.
  4. The payment receipt of the Visitor Registration can be also uploaded in the last column of the Workshop page form to confirm your seat.
  5. Food & Beverages – Visitors are not entitled to tea, coffee, snacks, or lunch coupons. However, they may purchase food items directly from the cafeteria adjacent to the auditorium.
  6. Student visitor registration is INR 2000 for any one day of the event. And both the days will be INR 3000
  7. Academia, PSU visitor registration is INR 2,500 for any one day of the event. And both the days will be INR 4500
  8. Industry & End user visitor registration– Industry participants registering as visitors must pay ₹4000 for any one day of the event. And both the days will be INR 6000. 
  9. Payment & Confirmation – Registration is confirmed only upon full payment. Partial or pending payments will not be considered valid.
  10. Same payment receipt can be uploaded in the Workshop page form to participate for free.
  11. Registration Inclusions – Visitor registration includes:
    • Access to the exhibition stalls.
    • Attendance at the conference sessions.
    • Online Participation certificate
  12. Registration Exclusions – Visitor registration does not include:
  • Delegate kit, VIP Lounge access, food coupons, or networking lunches.
  • Orange Badge is offered to Visitors to attend the sessions and workshops.
  • Student Verification – Students must present a valid institutional ID card during registration at the event to avail student visitor rates.

13. Faculty Verification – Faculty members must present proof of employment from their respective institutions for verification.

14. Badge & Entry – All registered visitors will receive a visitor badge with orange color. This badge must be worn at all times inside the venue. Loss of badge may result in denied entry.

15. Access Restrictions – Visitor badges grant access only to conference session and workshop sessions. Entry into VIP lounges is not allowed.

16. Poster/Presentation Terms – Poster presenters and faculty presenters must strictly adhere to the allocated time slots and guidelines provided by the organizers.

17. Refund & Cancellation Policy – Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including inability to attend.

18. Organizer’s Rights – The organizers reserve the right to: Modify the program schedule if required.

  • Please follow the below steps for Visitor registration : 

  • Choose the correct category for Visitor registration & charges mentioned in the below visitor registration table. 
  • Students/ Faculty should have current years valid ID proof from the organisation / institute. Student Category – Undergraduate or Graduate in the age group of 15 to 30 years. ( To benefit from the rates offered for the category)

  • Make payment for Visitor registration 
  • Go to Account details shared below about 3D GRAPHY LLP – you can make the payment by NEFT or use the QR code scan.
  • Keep your payment receipt and ID proof ready to be uploaded in the last column of the Visitor google registration form.

  • Go to Visitor Google Registration form link form found below by – Clicking it 
  • Fill up all details 
  • Including 3dgraphy member reference name/ Industry Association / Institution name if any “———- “
  • Upload payment receipt copy
  • Upload valid ID proof.
  • Submit and form and wait for successfully completion &  acknowledgement.
  • Now the process is Completed.
  • You will get the payment Invoice within one week.

Once you have made the payment you are requested to click the below link of the google visitor registration form to fill your information correctly. The receipt of the payment made will also need to be uploaded in the last column of the google visitor registration form.
