A Brief Overview \n\nDr. Manish Agarwal is a renowned orthopedic oncologist currently practicing at Nanavati Max Super Specialty Hospital in Mumbai, India. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of orthopedic oncology and is widely recognized as one of the pioneers in  orthopedic oncology in India.\nDr. Agarwal completed his MBBS and MS from G S Medical College &amp; KEM hospital , mumbai. He did a fellowship in bone and soft tissue tumors at Tata memorial in 1993 before joining as a lecturer at KEM hospital. \nIn year 2000, he joined Tata memorial as a full time orthopaedic oncologist and pioneered the field of orthopaedic oncology in India. \nDr. Manish Agarwal is a highly respected and accomplished orthopedic oncologist who has made significant contributions to the field of orthopaedic oncology. Some of his notable contributions include:\n1.\tPioneering Limb Salvage Surgery: Dr. Agarwal is recognized for his expertise in limb salvage surgery for bone and soft tissue tumors. He has performed numerous successful limb salvage surgeries, which have helped to improve the quality of life for many patients.\n2.\tDr. Agarwal has published numerous papers in national and international journals, and has also presented his research work at various conferences and seminars.\n3.\tDr Agarwal has in partnership with IIT mumbai and NFTDC Hyderabad developed a world class tumor prosthesis which is undergoing clinical trials at AIMMS Delhi and TMH mumbai. He also initiated and guided projects at the biotechnology incubation centre at IIT mumbai.\n4.\tTraining and Education: Dr. Agarwal has trained many young orthopedic surgeons in the field of orthopedic oncology. Ramakrishnan in 2000.<br>Subsequently, she completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the research group of Professor E. W. Meijer at the Eindhoven University of Technology, The Netherlands. Additionally, she gained experience working at GE, Bangalore, India and CSIR NIIST in Trivandrum. Since 2008 Dr Asha has been working as a scientist at NCL Pune, where she has successfully established her research group and has dedicated the past 16 years to developing polymer-based materials with potential applications in various fields such as the opto-electronic industry, biosensors, and additive manufacturing. Dr Asha has so far guided 21 Ph.D. scholars and several PhD and project students are currently working in her group.<br>She has published more than 75 papers in esteemed international journals and has served on the Editorial Advisory Board of the American Chemical Society journal, Macromolecules from 2018 to 2020. He further pursued a Fellowship in Multi-organ Transplantation from Edmonton, Canada, accredited by the American Society of Transplant Surgeons (ASTS).
