Terms & Conditions (Visitor Registration)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  1. Visitor Registration Scope<\/strong> \u2013 Visitor registration permits entry into the exhibition stalls area and access to conference sessions. It does not include complimentary food and beverages.<\/mark><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. With the Visitor registration apart from the Conference all the 8 Workshops is complimentary to attend<\/strong> as per time and allotment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Only requirement is to visit the WORKSHOP <\/strong>page and register the session you are interested. Since each workshop the seats are limited. So booking need to be done on first cum first basis only. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The payment receipt of the Visitor Registration can be also uploaded in the last column of the Workshop page form to confirm your seat.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Food & Beverages<\/strong> \u2013 Visitors are not entitled to tea, coffee, snacks, or lunch coupons. However, they may purchase food items directly from the cafeteria adjacent to the auditorium.<\/mark><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Student<\/strong> visitor registration is INR 2000 <\/strong>for any one day of the event. And both the days will be INR 3000<\/strong> ( Under-Graduates, Graduates and post graduates \/ post-doctoral fellow not beyond 30 years)<\/mark><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Academia, PSU<\/strong> visitor registration is INR 2,500<\/strong> for any one day of the event. And both the days will be INR 4500<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Industry & End user <\/strong>visitor registration\u2013 Industry participants registering as visitors must pay \u20b94000<\/strong> for any one day of the event. And both the days will be INR 6000. <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Payment & Confirmation<\/strong> \u2013 Registration is confirmed only upon full payment. Partial or pending payments will not be considered valid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Same payment receipt can be uploaded in the Workshop page form to participate for free.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
