TERMS & CONDITIONS :<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

1. Company booking the Stall will get a Facia Name, 2 spotlights, 2 chairs, carpet, 1 table ( 3 * 2 ft) , 1 Plug point and 1 Dust bin.

2. One delegate is complimentary with one standard stall of (2 * 2 Sq mt), 2 delegates complimentary (3 * 2 Sq mt)

3. Premium Stall with stall size of (3 * 3 Sq mt) will have 3 delegates complimentary.

4. T series table space is also created for small bootstrap companies with the interest of registering for a fee of INR 50000 + 18% GST which will include a confined table space with size 4 ft * 2 ft, Power socket and an option for put their own company standee to showcase 3D technology products or solutions with one complimentary delegate registration.

5. Any additional items if required will need to be paid for an extra price.

6. Items if required will need to be told in advance while booking the stall to ensure it is adequately available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. The contact number of the vendor setting up the stall and offering extra items will be shared with the exhibitor three weeks before the event day i.e. between 6th May & 8th May 2026.
<\/mark><\/strong>
8. Stall option once decided and booked will not be relocated.

9. Stall booking will need to be done by making a 100% advance payment.

10. Stall set up will need to be done a day prior on 27th May. So, the team members from the registered stall will need to join on 27th May morning to complete the vinyl and interior work of their respective stall between 8:30 am to 06:30 pm.

11. To register and confirm the booking of your stall, the payment will need to be made in favor of 3D Graphy LLP.

12. Once the payment is transferred to the 3D Graphy LLP Account no. 41167117695.

13. You are then requested to please upload the receipt immediately in the last column of the google registration form to track the transaction for our reference. (Please ensure the google registration form is completed and submitted to get a confirmation from us on your email ID shared by you in the form).

14. Once confirmed the booking credit will be offered exclusive to your company. And since the organiser maintains the integrity and the commitment, as per policy will also appreciate for the booking done and committed may not be entertained for any last movement changes in the stall position or cancellation.

15. In case of any valid reason justified and with mutual consensus if the exhibitor wishes to cancel the booking, due to force majeure or otherwise the organiser will have all the reason to claim cancellation charges for the loss and damage incurred.

16. Cancellation made 2 months prior to the event will incur 50% cancellation charges and one month before will have 75% and thereafter 100% nonrefundable.

17. All the statements and communication will need to be made through the official email ID for an internal audit.
